1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Colors Festival Tombola. By entering the tombola, participants agree to abide by these terms.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be aged 18 or over.
- Employees and immediate family members of the Colors Festival organization are not eligible.
3. Entry
- Every purchase of a Colors Festival exhibition in London and Manchester ticket automatically qualifies as one tombola entry.
- Additional tombola tickets can be bought to increase chances of winning.
4. Prize Details
- The prizes are as described on promotional materials and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Winners will be selected at random by an independent party.
5. Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided.
- Failure to respond within 30 days may result in the prize being forfeited.
6. Data Protection

7. Liability
The Colors Festival shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering the tombola or accepting any prize.
